Bad Business Practice

Had 4 new wheels placed on my vehicle. It got them 3 hours to attach and balance the tires and provide a front-end positioning. Then I observed afterwards that my stainless valve base addresses were eliminated and black-plastic types were within their location. I returned towards the store and asked what happened. I had been informed from the men at the front end table they instantly get rid of steel valve base addresses simply because they may rust. Therefore without asking me they put out the 4 valve base addresses that I invested money on. What allows them the best to achieve that? When I question them for mine or even to substitute mine, they enhance this inexpensive opera garbage, not my great large stainless types. There is one child particularly that's a genuine snot, really rude. My loved ones has been doing company with City Fair Tire for several years, but I'll never visit them again, even when I've to pay for more!!
