Hello, I want to first start by saying I am a mother of 5 children. I went to Starrs cars and bought by 2003 Mercury Mountaineer on 12/03. On January 4th the hub bearing and right rear axle went on the car. Than on 2/7 found out my car has 4 timing chains and every one of them are busted! I have spent numerous amounts of money on this car and it is still broke. I have not driven it since 2/7. I also found out that the ball joint is broken as well.

Now Chuck Star talked to my fiance about a week ago and told him it was my problem because I did not get a warranty. Now Jaysun knows I was not offered a warranty, he said it did not come with one. These people screwed me over and not just that I have kids. How terrible to do something like this to someone who is a struggling mother. I have a vehicle that has taken all of my money and I can't drive it.
