They sent the wrong Tire and Charged me shipping I do not have a tire and of 161.00 they only returned 98.00

I ordered a tire by telephone due to the website having issues for the ordering part. I ordered Nankang 255/35 ZR19 96y tire with the customer service rep and they shipped me a Nankang 225/35 ZR19 88y I wrote them several times and never received a response so I called customer service and after several tries I finally got someone and they told me that I would have to send the tire back before they could ship the correct tire. They also sent me a UPS shipping label. At this point I assumed that they were doing the right thing, I waited one week and the correct tire was never delivered.

I again sent several emails and never received a response, I have also called again and I keep getting, "we have a large volume of calls please leave a message and a customer service rep will call you back", I have never been contacted, I sent another email stating that I would take the next step if they did not respond, I still never heard from them. Several day later I looked at my bank account and they had returned a portion of my money 98.00 I payed 161.67. My car still sits without a tire and as of today February 27 This all started in December, I still have not heard from them. I have purchased another tire from another vendor.

Tiresavings charged me 65.00 in shipping for sending me the wrong tire and the new company charged 13.00 for shipping the same tire. The actual cost of shipping a tire from Tiresavings is 22.00 and they charge 32.00 I checked UPS I also checked UPS for the new vendor and UPS charges 13.00 and the tire company charges 13.00
