I think i was scammed

Around June 9th I looked up Hoosier Subjects buying free Rottweiler dog. I had been informed by Sandra the dog was free and that I needed to spend 200$ for that transport charge. Used to donot have that amount of cash and so I advised Sandra and he or she stated she settled 90$ all I've to pay for is 110$. And so I delivered "kimbi marcel" who works together with the transport company in Cameroon the 110$ plus they sent me and stated they obtained the cost however the sender didn't give a provider for that dog to become moved in. They need me to pay for 520$ to hire a provider that they state is "refundable." When the sender did not deliver a provider also carry the dog in then why did they wait til once they obtained my 110$ to inform me the dog required a provider which one was not supplied by the sender? I'm furious and that I am likely to channel 6 information and obtaining the word out. Everything was a fraud and also the Indianapolis authorities are not likely to do something about this.
