Masoud "Bob"Shaygan Deposit made in his name instead of to the company, Fraud Not Showing Credit for Deposit Made towrds vehicle purchased

On or about Nov 1, I entered into a contractual agreement to purchase a Mercedes-Benz, M430, from, Mr. Masoud Shaygan, A/K/A Bob Shaygan, A/K/A Dynamic Imports, located at 2367 Fabens Road, Dallas, Texas 75229. He sold me the vehicle which he assured me the vehcile was in good condition were no repairs without any hidden damages or repairs needed at time of contract to purchase said vehicle. I provided a check in the amount of $2,000.00 and a post dated check dated November 12, both checks were issued to Masoud "Bob" Shaygan on November 1.

At such time and place He instructed me to void one check & rewrite the same check in same amount in his name not in the name of Dynamic Imports. I wrote another check in the amount of $2,000.00 in the name of Masoud Shaygan per his request dated November 1 (BIG MISTAKE). My complaint is the my vehicle was stolen and detroyed on or about November 28 and we, the insurance company and myself would like to settle this claim.

This has been held up from completion due that the lein holder, Mr. Masoud "Bob" Shaygan keep changing his figures for pay-off to me and called my insurance company with different figures. Refuses and continues to not give credit of the $2,500.00 down payment that was giving to him at time of purchase. He contends it was for future repairs. This was not an warranty, I have proof all receipts for all repairs of my vehicle were repaired through other companies. The only adjustment that was made for my vehicle was to install my license plates from place of business.

As of Mr. Shaygan will not correct or give credit for the $2500 down payment and the issue has not been resolved. He continue to lie that it was repairs and he had to pay mechinc to do the repairs. I want to only pay what's owed and thought he would have in good faith but will not. Mr. Masoud Shaygan A/K/A Bob Shaygan A/K/A Dynamic Imports and his dealership, Dynamic Imports, have through trickery, fraud and deception took my down payment of $2500 and refuse to give credit for it. Wonder how many other customers he has ripoff for deposits made.

Please do not provide this company or write out a check to the owner directly because you will NOT get your correct balance when time for pay-off.
