More harm than help... Holy scamers clinton township, Internet

In Feburary of 2011 I fell on hard times. My cars trans went out and wasnt worth it to fix it. I had to have a car to get to work or I'd lose my job. I went to right way, thinking that they could help. My credit wasnt the cream of the crop due to a divorce. They promised that their program would raise my credit score. Rightway never once said where their cars came from or the cost. The only thing they were worried about was how much I had to put down. I ran my credit 4 months after having the car loan, only to find out they dont report it.

I called Gate way only to be giving the run around for 11days before getting a call back to say it was an error on their part and they are in the process of fixing it. It took 27 days for them to "fix" it. They reported for the 4 months of purchase date then went back to not reporting again. Issue # 2 After having my car for 15 days it started to chug. I brought it to right way they sent me to Louise auto. I was told my car is misfiring and it needed a tune up.

I thought ok no prob ill be back in a couple of hours. I came backing thinking I could get my car back... Man was I wrong. They told me my cars gas line broke and they had to drop my gas tank to fix it and I couldnt get it back till tomorrow and they would call me when it was done. They had my car for two days. When i got it back I had a cracked rim on back rear tire with a chip out of same tire and a huge straight line dent on my car all level wwith each other.

I asked what happen was told it came in that way. I know this is un true I took pictures of my car when I bought it and its not in them. I asked if they may have hit it on anything and the man got defensive. Brought it to an auto body shop and was told it will cast me $300 to fix and it appears to have been hit by lift. Cost me $75 for a tire and to get rim welded. Called right way to complain they told me its all hear say and out of their hands.

EVEN with pictures. Issue #3 I switched jobs and had to change payment dates. I sent in all the right info. The man told me I was good to go but yet my car got shut off. I was told I had to pay another weeks payment to get it back on even though I already paid and wasnt due for two more weeks. Also their cars are way over priced and not worth the value of the car. End story right way and their fianace company has total made buy a car very unpleasent experience for me. I hope no one else has to go through this and it helps.
