I ordered an auto repair manual specific to my car 02/16 and received a dictionary! The description and photo was correct on the website specifically for my car. Futhermore, the dictionary that this company? Sent me was for antiques! I have no use for it and nobody else that I can think of. They thought they had found a patsy to palm this worthless manual on. I called of course and talked to two different 'aliens' from outer space and the first alien offered me a 10 dollar credit (I paid 30 dollars total) and I said no thanks, "let me talk to your manager". Then another alien got on the phone, a manager??? And offered me a 15 dollar refund. I politely refused that also. This manual is only good to wipe your butt with and then I'd be reluctant... Might pick up some alien disease! Fortunately I used PayPal and have filed a complaint with them. My mistake was not going to BBB first before I ordered anything as this company has over 500 complaints there! 501 now. I recommend that everyone check out a business at BBB before buying anything from anyone because of this economy that we are suffering. Although there are more reputable companies managed by Americans that can be trusted, there are the few that hire aliens and spoils it for all. Do not buy from these folks.
