Ripoff vehicle damages hidden numerous problems

Beware of ford of tulsa! In 2001 i was in the car market my partner and myself. We went to the ford dealership looking for a small car. We were shown ford focus. Test drove the car it had only a few thousand miles on it essentially new. We thought wow! Great deal a new car for a used price and great low payments...

Keep in mind we both have very excellent credit. Took the car out for the day while they finished the paper work. Came back to the dealer and was told we were denied. We demanded to know why and was not given a answer but we meet with this heavy man who told us essentially that they don't do business with our kind. Went home and two days later the dealer called and told us that we had the car please come out we will make things right. We drive to the dealer and the papers are ready the same bank that denied us had approved us two days later (HMMM odd i think). Left with the car in 10 months it broke down 12 time and 2 cracked windshield later we went to the dealership again and was told the car was in great shape we had the brake inspected because they squeaked and was give a clean bill of health.

Then 30 days later the breaks went out and were grinding took it back and had to have roaters replaced. We showed the recipt and said how in 30 day we had like new brakes and now we need new roaters. I demanded to only pay for the brakes and not the roaters. I explained we took the car to you to inspect to prevent this. He then decieded after i pressed the issue to take half off the cost of the roaters. At this point i went and traded in the car and bought a 30,000 car and drove back in my new car and said i would never do business with them again. Makes a lot of sence perfect credit home owner etc. Cant get app for 13,000 but can get app for 30,000 loan and on top of it i never recieved a rejection letter from a bank...

Short and simple ford of tulsa sold us a car with known problems and had been (I am guessing in a collision) and financing used personal feels against us... Oh one last thing when i confronted them on how we had been treated we were told oh we don't have a problem with anybody at all our manager is a black man. How did that prove and thing I am white i didn't suffer from racism just hate and ignorance??? Please stay clear of this company poor ethics!!!
