I have had the same type of problem as the others that have made complaints. I bought a truck from Jackson's Auto around the end of April time frame, and had to use my ship's address. After about a month, I called the dealership to let them know that I haven't received a bill yet for my truck.
Sometime in the middle / end of May time frame, still not receiving any bill, they called me around 9 P.M. To tell me I am be hind on my payments. I told them I would have to pay them on the 1 st of June for both May and June's payments, but they were not satisfied with that at all. They informed me that I would have to pay before the 1st of June or it will go onto my credit report, and that since it is late, I am being charged ten dollars every day that my payment is late.
For about two weeks, I had to deal with them calling around six to seven times a day, day in, and day out. When I told them I had already made plans with someone at their company to pay them, they informed me that until it is paid, I would have to deal with them calling me everyday until the balance is at zero. The 1st of June came around, and as agreed, I paid both balances plus late fees as well coming up to close to a thousand dollars. Not even two hours after paying them I was still getting the calls from them due to the fact that it showed I paid, but was not yet posted yet for the next three business days.
Needless to say, I had to keep telling six to seven different people it had been paid for those three days. Now, here it is the 2nd of June and I am considered one day late already on my next bill due to them being closed on the 1st of July until the 4th of July for the holiday. There must be something that can be done about this company's way of doing business by someone. The harass you all day for their money at least six times or more a day until you pay no matter if you had made payment plans with them, it being their fault, or has been paid for three so called business days.
