Glovecars Sold an unsafe vehicle and let me drive it until it broke down. Now neverending repairs -they won't give it back

I was told when I picked up my vehicle that there was a transfer case on order, but it was safe to drive until it came in. I drove it (as carefully as possible) for 10 days, until it broke down. I called the dealership and the sales people told me I had to call the service manager's cell phone.

After calling repeatedly it became obvious his phone was not on, since my calls were going directly to voicemail. I called the sales people again and asked for help. They told me the only thing I could do is keep trying. I ended up having my brother help me get myself and my kids home.

After a few angry voicemails and 2 angry emails were sent, and almost a whole day had gone by, the service manager and the owner finally called me. They both promised to take care of whatever was wrong and to make me happy. They seemed like they cared about their reputation.

It took them another full day to get a tow truck to me, and from there it all went downhill. When I call to get an update on the progress of repairs they don't answer unless I borrow a random person's cellphone so they can't tell it's me. Every day they promise it will be done tomorrow. Every day when I finally get someone on the phone they say it's still not done because they couldn't get some rusty bolts out or they need to fix something else.

I've told them I don't want any more repairs. I want my money back. They won't take my calls and I just keep leaving voicemails for them.

Do NOT do business with these people. They will take your money and your car and leave you with nothing.
