I purchased a contract for my 2008 ford explorer and decided it was to much money, wrote the company wi 10 days to cancel my contract which I was told I had 30 days to recover a full refund of my down payment of 175 dollars. I sent in writing a letter to the Colorado address I never heard anything the collector of money a third party group told me that premier services was out of business to contact American auto shields theain company.

I did spoke w Leon on several occasions and was told to fax a cancellation w policy number and I would receive a full refund prior to that I was told to mail the contract in w a cancelation notice after the original letter which I did. I never recd a refund so I called back and was told my credit card co which I made the down payment on would have to dispute the charge then if they couldn't I had to send a letter fromThem stating why they were unable to dispute the charge well my cc co could not dispute the charge bc the original co I paid premier services is out of business. They ate scammers never do business with them
