Unethical Operation

We were two partners that invested quite a long time studying discount websites and selected Orbitz since their site confirmed that people might choose the chairs, which we desired to be-all together. The chair selector got up and equally partners selected our chairs for every of the routes to Rome and back. Subsequently Orbitz required our money on the site and, after getting our cash, they place a declaration on our confirmations our chairs weren't designated. Whenever we named to protest they stated they don't determine chairs, and that you've to hold back for check in to achieve that! I questioned why they permitted us to create chair choices when they do not determine chairs? They'd no sensible solution. We believe Orbitz cheated us into with them by wrongly creating us think we were selecting chairs. I'll never utilize them again.
