John M. Miller Carried note on car... Made 2 payments... Nothing else

I sold my car to John and Tina Miller July 20. The note was for $2,000.00. He made 2 payments and since then has not paid any additional money.

As of February there has been no payments for 5 months. Has stated numerous times that he will pay, no attempt to make more payments. Granted he has sent over 100 text messages stating he was going to pay... No payments have been received. He never provided proof of insurance as required in the promissory note and bill of sale.

I wanted to help him out, him being a pastor of a church here in Denver, but now I know I was wrong in doing this. I am happy to state in another post he has satisfied his debt once the account is paid in full.
