Poor Quality of Work

I had NTB in West St. Paul, MN install new shocks and struts in my Mustang. All was well until two days ago I had a rattle in the front right suspension. I took it to my usual shop (Ultimate Car Care, Inver Grove Heights) and they found a loose sway bar link and tightened it. But what they also noticed when they lifted it up, was that the struts were installed incorrectly and were surprised as to how NTB even did an alignment on it. They took care of it for me. I went back to NTB to see what could be done on the labor wasted at NTB for something they did wrong and to get it realigned. The service manager and the store manager had terrible customer service skills and attitudes. The service manager may have well come out and just said we were lying because he would not believe our story, until he called the shop that took care of it. No apology for basically saying we lied. I did ask for a service refund a refund of the difference between a one time alignment and a 3 year alignment, I did get the difference back. I left a messages for the regional manager, but to no surprise have not received a call back. I will do all I can so everyone I know stays AWAY from NTB. They made it clear at my visit on the 17th that all NTB was out for was the bottom line and screw the customer.
