Not being a man of his word

Took my car up from being hit and got back more than I bargained for. Told Scott "the owner" my steering wheel from the first time I took it to him it was making a popping noise. I received my car back two weeks later with the same problem. Took it back and made me pay $65.00 because he claimed it wasn't part of the accident.

Told me he took my steering column apart, but never did. The only way I know that is he changed the time on my radio, but left all my radio stations programed. To take the sterring column off you need to disconect the battery in which the radio would reset.

This isn't the only problem. Each person in the shop comes up with a different story. Even the mechanic told me he should of said it was part of the accident just to make me happy.

What kind of buisness are they really running. I wouldn't take my bicycle to them now.
