W AUTOWORKS Illegal Deceptive Trade Practices

Liars and Thieves!!! Worst Service ever! Not happy!!! I want my money back! Please be aware that I have made a complaint to the Texas Attorney General, U.S. Federal Trade Comission, Better Business Bureau
of Houston, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and other numerous Government offices!!!

I first brought my car in for overheating issues. Mr. Ali Raza, did the Diagnostic test in front of me saying that all i needed was a new water pump and timing belt the work will be guaranteed with certified OEM part's. He quoted me the price of $2,346.66 which i paid on my bank debit/mastercard on 3/30. Well, 2 weeks later my car overheated AGAIN on the
highway I-45 in League City, TX. I had to call towtruck to have towed back to VW Autoworks the place i just spent $2,346.66 to fix the overheating issue. Mr. Ali Raza, inspected the car and said it looked really nice all that was needed was a spark plug to where he charged me $250 and 3 days i can come back and pick up my car.
