Ripoff Drive Services is the worst so called Financial Institution! I will never finance another vehicle with them again

Drive Services has to be the worst financial company in the world. I paid my last car payment in April but was told that I still owed $3000 and I needed to pay it that same day. I said there was no way I could do that. I asked for my payment history and was told I would get it.

Three months have passed and I have asked for it twice since then to no avail. Everytime I make another payment towards the susposed $3000 it seems to have risen even more. I was told by one of the reps that I should be happy that someone would finance me because of my poor credit. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for almost 15 mins. The girl came back on the line and said "Oh good she hung up" because I was quiet. I shocked her when I said no I am still here. I still never got to speak to a manager.

I had so many problems with the reps being either rude or nasty with me until I realized that I did not have to put up with their crap and I finally cursed the girl on the phone out. I had to get what we call "Blue Black" in my family with her. Since then I have been treated with respect. It is really sad that they feel they can treat us the consumer in that manner. Management must be telling them to get the payments any way they can. When I went to trade my car in they refused to let the new dealership buy it unless they received the money that next day even the salesman I had was stunned at the way I was treated.

I will never finance another vehicle with them again.
