George Roy, Breach of contract service not performed

George (Buddy) Roy was contracted over 1.5 years ago to remove a dilapidated mobile home from a property I manage. The amount was $5000 - $2,500 of which was paid in advance.

Since then, my boss and I have only gotten the run around from him. Just one excuse after another - "My guys called in, " "it was raining, " "I was sick, " "This weekend, I promise, " "Tomorrow for sure, " and the best "I had the dumpster company drop off dumpsters the other day" while I was standing on the lot with no dumpsters in site.

This man at best a very poor business man and manager, and at worst, a man without one shred of decency and integrity. Stay away from all of his companies.

I have called other companies to estimate doing the work and, when I tell them my story, I get a sympathetic "oh... Him... Yeah, we've heard about him." Avoid all of these companies for your own sake!
