My Roll Off Abandoned (2) 10-yd dumpsters on my property, extremely poor customer service!

I contacted http://www.myrolloff.com / in reference to a container needed to haul away concrete debris from an excavation that I performed on my private property. I spoke with helpful customer service rep. Who pointed my in the direction of renting two 10-yard roll off dumpsters. The dumpsters were dropped at my location in a timely fashion however the wrong containers were delivered (I did not notice it at the time). The containers were meant for light yard waste, brush, wood NOT CONCRETE. I completed my job and filled the containers to the height maximum with concrete about 9 tons total I would guess. I scheduled for a pickup and when the driver attempted to pick up the can he broke the welds at the hitch point (tongue). The B.S. Ensued.
