We purchased 4 new Pirelli tires from Mr. Tire in Arlington, Virginia having a 60,000 mile guarantee. 2 yrs and 20,000 kilometers later, EQUALLY front tires are bubbling and also the vehicle is undriveable without changing these wheels. We named the Mr. Tire shop, they ripped up the bill and stated there's no guarantee about the tires.inCORRECT! It claims there's 60,000 mile guarantee about the bill. Once this guru ceded that there's a guarantee, he informed us there is nothing they might do about this. Lastly, he explained when they don't substitute tires, the producer accounts for doing this. All of this, and he NEVER actually recommended we provide the treatment set for a search. People, do yourselves a benefit and steer clear of Mr. Tire... Except if, customer support and standing by-product and craftsmanship are of no problem for you.
