Same Day Service is a Joke - lack of flower delivery

I ordered flowers for my grandmother who was having cataract surgery. I wanted the flowers to arrive BEFORE the surgery so she would go to the hospital with the beautiful vision of flowers in her mind. The flowers never arrived, despite being ordered in time for same day delivery. When I called customer service all they offered me was a credit!!!

I advise others never to use this service!!
