Using RBT is set to have a bad experience, like everyone else says he is a good talker and a great scammer, he will convince you. Have you noticed he only responds to the few good review, but all the bad have no response? Contract will show everything you ask for, but you will never put him on the phone again, if so, he will try to charge you another $50 for PHONE SUPPORT as far as I know he not providing an IT service, also he will ask you for down payment of $105 with a check OR $155 with a credit card, $50 extra for a credit card why? Simple, due to some legal issues you can not go after him he if fails in the contract like he did with many of us, unless you use small claims court, but with a credit card you can easily charge back the account.
