Joe and Christian Salinardi Complete Scam Artists

All of my dealings have been with Joe and Christian Salinardi, the owners of the company. If you look them up, or look up the company name, you will see that there are many claims against them, and that they have been scamming customers for years.

I purchased the car on the 26th of December. Since then they have had it in their shop for 21 out of 30 days, and as of right now the car is completely un drivable. Just to put a quick list of things gone wrong with the car:

1) no heat (took them 2 weeks to fix)
2) Got stuck, unable to go to work do to all coolant leaking out of car
3) check engine light (cam shaft sensor)
4) emergency brake does not work (was told they ran a safety check)
5) windshield wiper fluid leaks out
6) back right door had to be fixed as rain or car wash would pour water into the car
7) Transmission completely blown (my wife and 3 year old daughter were stuck in a parking lot, unable to drive anywhere)

I could go on, but I think I got my point across. When purchasing the vehicle, I was told that there were no problems with it at all. The Salinardi's knew there were problems and knowingly sold me the car. As of right now, they are refusing to refund my money and take the car back.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase a car from them.
