I started to work for Bill Salinardi sending my clients to him to help them save their homes from foreclosure. We had a written and signed contract. He has not paid me for the last 2 deals, even though he got paid. That shows a lack of integrity. He does not have the LLC he has all over his website, cards and contracts. That is fraud. Bill Salinardi claims he has a 95% success rate and even says guaranteed on his website. He has lost 2 out of three homes with my clients. That is a lie. Do not trust him.
