Repair ripoff

My 02 civic is still waranteed. I took it to wright honda to check out the rubber burning smell coming from my front breaks. They did not find a problem BUT they still charged me $42 dollers.insted they blamed the burning smell on my aftermarket wheels, rear bumper, and exhaust.

I talked to the service manager. His name is Tony Felici. I spoke to him in a respectful manner and he spoke to me as if i am a child in a hostile manner. He was yelling the entire time. He told me i have to pay the $42 because by putting my car on the jack, and taking off the wheels it is automatically a MAINTINANCE job. Its obviously not a maintinance job because nothing was changed or replace. An oil change or break job would be a maintinance job.

Well i was forced to pay for the charge or else i wont be able to take my car home. Even the cashier lady told me that i shouldnt be paying the $42 charge.

Well after all that i went to another local honda dealership to see what they would say about this matter. They will take a look and find the REAL problem and let me know. I'll post their findings and hopefully a resolution to my dilema.
