Ray Reynolds Never finshed repairs they were paid for and damaged car. When I asked for a refund they wrote a bad check. After trying to resolve it they now claim they don't owe me a refund

Ray Reynolds aka Emerald Coast Autowerks. Didn't complete the repairs as they promised. Company request and was paid in full for parts and service. After waiting 6 months and the car received damage to the new paint job. I requested they return monies owe for work not complete and parts not ordered. They gave me a refund check for 1852.00 and it was NSF at their bank. After having a lawyer send a demand letter. They now state they don't owe me anything. I'm going to file with small claims court next.
