So I took my 2001 Audi A4 into Futrell Autowerks for some work. New clutch kit, cam tensioner seals, valve cover gaskets. When I dropped my car off I provided them with all the parts necessary to complete the job. They had my car for a total of 3 days. When I went to pick up my car I had my first encounter with Dean Futrell the owner. I paid for the work and left. Well after driving my car for about 100 miles it began to shake horribly. I took it to my local audi dealer to find that my supposed NEW duel mass fly wheel that was supposed to be installed was not. They had resurfaced the old fly wheel and put it back in. Well it broke inside the clutch housing plus WHERE DID THE PARTS GO THAT I PROVIDED THEM. Hum. I quickly closed the bank account for which I had paid for the work. I started to get harassing calls from Dean saying that he would press criminal charges against me. I was driving with my 4 children to my fiancees work, once I pulled into her office building I was then cut off by a Black Audi TT and Dean Futrell and an Employee got out and proceeeded to Assault me infront of my children pulling me out of the car and taking my car keys. Dean then pulled out a Knife and said he would slit my throat and kill me. This guy is not someone that you want to take your car to. He is a shady business man. I would not suggest ever going there unless you want to be killed over money that you should not owe because the work was not done and not done right. Take my word for. At this point Dean is looking at 5 Felony charges along with a Civil Lawsuit against Futrell Autowerks and Dean Futrell.
