Disrespecful finacial manage

On 1/19 I made a payment that I was late on I had spoken to jorden on 1/18 and he let me know just to make the payment so it was like a promise to pay arrangment. So I did. I went into a wells Fargo bank and made the deposit and then called then to give them the transaction number. First off the woman who answered the phone answered it like I called her home I let her know that I was calling because I just made a payment and I am calling to give them the transaction number. The woman the asked me why I didn't pay. I let her know I didn't have the money but I called and made the arrangement so then told me "no you didn't ". I told her I spoke to a man named jorden. Then she said well don't you have some type of government assistant that can help you and I told her that was uncalled for. She then said why are you making it personal everyone here ask the same question. I told her do you want the transaction nimber age then took the number and said well your car may get repo because we don't get bank payment for 2weeks and if the car gets repoed it my fault.

This company is extremely disrespectfulthe way she started the conversation was very unprofessional the was yelling and asking personal questions. I wouldn't have anyone work with this company. They threaten people and are very disrespectful.
