Team Nissan of Marietta GA Used Sales Dept is Run by Crooked Thugs and Repair Dept is a Rip Off

Cars & Transport

Regarding my regrettable purchase of a 2003 Toyota Camry from Team Nissan is an experience I shall never forget.

Team Nissan used car Sales Department is run by a gang of CROOKED street thugs.

My experience was one of abuse and illicit treatment by TEAM NISSAN. I had substantial complaints as well as witnesses that I should had filed with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs, as well as the Attorney Generals office against Team Nissan.

I made an offer to purchase the used 2003 Toyota Camry for sticker price with cash in hand. I was told, Sorry the price just went up. I and my friends walked out in disgust. I shopped around for a day or two, but could not find a Camry so I returned to Team Nissan to pay their NEW INCREASED PRICE.

I was told, I have good news and bad news, the good news is the car is still available and the bad news is the price just went up. This thug went by the name of Marcus.

The price was increased for a SECOND TIME in about three days. Again I walked out.

My problem was I did not give myself enough time to find a car and I was pressed for time.in retrospect, I should have simply rented a car until I could find a vehicle at a REPUTABLE DEALER. I would have saved THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

I learned this the hard way thanks to Team Nissan.

Because I was pressed for time and needed a car immediately and wanted a Camry, I telephoned Team Nissan and asked if the car was still available, if so at the LAST QUOTED PRICE. I was told yes and within the hour returned with cash in hand to make the purchase.

Upon arrival I was informed by the Manager, that the price just went up AGAIN and with that I became irate and shouted that I would report Team Nissan to every government agency for their unlawful business practices.

The department was full of shoppers and I had their attention. The Manager obviously wanted to quiet my outburst in a packed department, asked my salesman if he had quoted me the price on the phone as I stated. The salesman said yes, the manager said, Let her have it. So the price went up twice and tried for a third time. The car was now priced
THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MORE THAN ITS ORIGNIAL STICKER PRICE AND FAR MORE THAN ITS MARKET VALUE.

I effectively paid Thousands of Dollars more than the car was worth.

I purchased two cars since the 2003 Camry.

A 2009 Toyota Camry and a 2009 Toyota Corolla. I paid LESS for the 2009 Camry than I paid to Team Nissan for the 2003 Camry. Six years newer for less money and no abuse. (I did buy the 2009 from a private seller)

My experience at Team Nissan can only be described with one word. REPUGNANT.

Lest I forget; the Camry emission light went on and I went to Nissan to have it checked. A charge of $80.00 and the problem was fixed, however, three weeks later the same thing happened again and I went back to Team Nissan. This time they said it was the computer and the cost would be $240.00. I walked, and good thing! I shared this problem with a co-worker whose brother was a mechanic. Turned out I was not closing the gas tank cap tight enough and air was getting in the gas tank. No computer problem! No problem at all! Shame team nissan.
