Support supervisor explained provide vehicle in at 10 AM to check trip. At 12:30 PM he was still not there. I quit the vehicle.informed technician I needed a positioning printout, and also the controls focused. I acquired no-call of conclusion and so I rode out towards the shop. I expected for that print-out and was informed there is not just one. The controls was nevertheless not focused, the shake nevertheless there and nobody can confirm positioning was completed, at 6:00 PM. However no support Supervisor. Atleast 8 times in store. Same problem, same poor treatment.
