No Cars Available-after reservation

I created the reservation on January 10th in Effingham Illinois. After I visited select the vehicle, I had been informed they don't have any vehicles, nor anticipate any time in the future. After wastign 2-3 hours attempting to contact corporate workplace and also the supervisor i quit. The organization office never answered. Nearby supervisor couldn't assist me becuase there have been no vehicles available. Why might Hertz take the reservation once they realize that there will not be any vehicles available. Poor business policy - toughest customerr support - site - ineffective. 800 number is useless. The organization is a looser
