Burn Holes in Seat

I brought my car here for a tune-up and a new radiator. My radiator is still leaking; they said it was replaced with a new one, but it looks used to me. I have to take it back in for repair... My car was returned to me
from Top Wrench Garage with 4 large burn holes on my back driver's side seat (one is deep into the
foam) and over 300 more miles on the car. Sadly, my interior was in mint
condition... Definitely not cool; an expensive re-upholstery repair.
