Just Brakes
Ripoff, taking advantage of woman and anyone else they can

I went to Just Brakes store #08 at 5946 LBJ Freeway, Dallas Texas. I went in because my brakes were squeeking. They had only been squeeking for a few days. Raymond, one of the guys that worked there quoted me the price of $99.88 (that seems to be the hot price that they like to quote.)

About 20 minutes later Raymond came in and asked me to go out to my car so he could show me what they needed to do. He informed me that I needed new disc pads, brake shoes, rotors, drums, wheel cylinders, calipers, disc hardware, and return springs.

Of course with me being a girl and everything I'm not going
to know what he is showing me or if it looks right or not. After he told me everything I needed replaced, he told me the cost would be $876.39.

Raymond was really pushy. I told him that I would let him know what I could afford as soon as I got ahold of my boyfriend. He kept coming back in saying "What do want me to do??? What do you want me to do?" I told him that I was waiting for my boyfriend to call me back and it would probably be 10 more
minutes. And he said "What do you want me to do?" I got fed up listening to him bother me that I said just do it.

I talked to my boyfriend about 10 minutes later and he talked to his father. His father said that you should never take your car to Just Brakes because as you can see with what just happened to me and all the other people on this website..."THEY RIP YOU
OFF!!!" Oh yeah another thing is that they would only show me and my boyfriend the same parts on the same wheels. They wouldn't show us any other parts probably because there was nothing wrong with them.
