Miami Customer service very very bad

I bought a motorcycle Vespa in Miami but three months after I had an accident with her. I went the store to ask how much it would cost to repair it. They told me it was not worth doing the repair because the cost to repair it was the price of a new one. I went to another shop, recommended by a friend of mine and they charge $ 1,500 for the repair. Later I went to the store to buy some parts and even today, six months passed, I'm still waiting for them.
It was clear to me that they are more interested in selling the bikes that provide good customer service
