False Reporting

I have been a card holder since the 80"s I received a letter from American Express just before Christmas thanking me for being a good customer and that they were increasing my limit. I made a purchase on 12-24-11 and went on vacation on 12-26-11. Before leaving on vacation I paid my bill. Long story short when I returned on 1-9-12. I had a letter from the company stating that my account was closed due to filing bankrupsy. This was absolutely false information and they know it, however they have not reinstated my account. This false information was sent to the credit agencies, causeing a litney of phone calls from preditory credit companys, and increase in my insurance rates, and the loss of a job due to the negative information reported by someone who was not me and could not have provided them with any verifing information.in addition I have several monthly bills that I pay through this company and cannot get to the accounts to move them because they have wiped me out of he system.
