I purchased my kids a created-in-China Barbie base end scooter from Toys R Us around this past year. Soon after buying it, the leading folding steering line got free with no longer locks in place. Obviously used to donot buy insurance. The framework of the scooter appears to be great quality, metal, however the fasten for me, is bad quality. An associate at work of Toysrus stated that some scooters do split like this on the regular basis. I had been really dissatisfied with my purchase, but cannot do something about this today.
