Refused to pay refund

Automarking systems (AMS) has a stated policy calling for a refund in 30 buisness days.

I have contacted ams several times about the status of my refund.

I have never recieved an answer as to why I have not been issued a refund, we are well past 30 buisness days. Seems like ams has a license to steal.
