Buy Halo Lights Almost a month after my order, still no product or communication

On Dec 6th I ordered a pair of tail lights, it is now January 3rd and I still have not seen them. My order status said it shipped (no tracking number) but that wasn't until three weeks later. I have tried calling at least five times, leaving three voice messages. I cannot get this company to reply to me. Emails also go unanswered.
