Mallview Motors Sold a horrible used car and refuses to fix under Ct State law

I bought a used vehicle from Renners Auto that has Constantly been in the shop with them that always takes 4-10 days to fix and when they did give it back never was it fixed properly. They have caller id so constantly avoided my phone calls. Only when I called from another number would they actually answer the phone. The mechanics are idiots they didnt even put a clamp on the antifreeze hose. Never had a guy to do the detailing after 90 days still with the same story the owner Richie Renner pays the detailer and they get high so they never come back to work.
Worked on my car for the last time without giving me a quote or estimate of how much the repairs were they expected me to pay for it once the work was done. When I told them the warranty they extended to me I have them recorded on tape saying this he hung on me and stopped answering my phone calls. Then one of his workers the ones that gets high called me to tell me he had my keys to my car and I can pick it up from him this has been a vicious cycle.
