My car is piece of junk

I bought a 2002 chevy tracker and it a piece of junk the owner said that he would fix any repairs the tailgate doesnot open it is jammed and locking wheel cover doesnot have a key and we can not take the wheel off or get it to the car also they gave us the wrong keys and we were supposed to call them when i got my socail security check around the 14th of december that was my first check as part the down payment we got 650 dollars for our taurus and the car cost 7500.00 plus the finance charges they tried to take the money out my checking account before we got the money

They surecan get the money out in a hurry they said they would call when thepart came in for the tailgate and they told us not tell the bank about the arragement but we called the bank and didnot care about the deal until we got all the money but they put gps tracer on the car quick enough so they can shut the car off if the payment not made they did tell us that we had to call the bank and make arrangements to pay the car if we had done this we would have the car shutoff they are crookes it the first degree i think that should fix the car or replace it that mike thomas is vand a*hole he is so funny he is a crook so the ron he to is boo
