Started working for this company in it was a new company I was the 2nd driver was told the first driver was let go due to insubordination of some form, I started off as a company driver I went out made contacts for loads due to the fact I only had one load board to use and some of the loads where not always worth it after a awhile the company wanted to find ways to keep more money and have less responsibility for, so they offered me to become a owner operator (bad mistake) I did i was charged all types of fees that wasnt in my contract, I was under extreme pressure to allow a 3rd party to dispatch me, I was not paid ontime, I did not recieve the correct amount of pay when I was paid, I was charged late fees when the truck and trailer payment was taken out my pay b4 I even seen it, I was over charged for the trailer fee I was paying the whole note and still wouldnt own it when paid off, I was charged a down payment that was never refunded and then after the fact the company is saying they never got it, I paid a down payment for the insurance, over a 3 month period and the 4th month the ccompany took the truck and resold it, I waited almost a year to see if I would get my money I put in it back and I didnt, So I found a lawyer and were in court now, run as far as you can do not work for this company they will rip you off.
