Poor Quality work, Rude office Staff, Rip Off, Stole personal items from my car. Damaged car COMMERCE CITY Colorado

First of all to start with Office Staff extremely RUDE, and unhelpful from the time I call for car to be picked up, she not know anything, leave me on hold forever. All I need was car tow in and she not know how!

Personal items were missing from my car. The repairs were always promised to be completed by a certain date, there was always an excuse why they were not done.

When I pick up my car I had complaints, the work looked TERRIBLE. No mananger or owner to talk to and then they do not call me back. I guess since I drive neon and they have flashy new car they do not care. There more damage than when car taken in, lots of dings and scratches, repair man put tools on car roof. They should not be doin business - very rude, very cheap repair, i have cheap car, still should not be cheap repair. No one call me when i leave messages.
