Poorly managed, greedy crooks.
In the past four months sat on two vehicles for over thirty days periodically calling the customers to ask for more diag and repair time ($).
Oil filters or drain plugs "fell off" of three of their oil changes.
Customers have to bring back their cars 2,3 and 4 times for work that was "done" and paid for.
Told a uniformed Soldier that they do offer a military discount but then increased the cost on the parts to match the discount.
Closes early half the time, sometimes as much as four hours.
Threatened to call the police on no less than four customers.
The owner is greedy and petty and the manager is completely incompetent.
While employed, my and my peers' paychecks where OFTEN wrong and we would have to ask for our missing pay. Sometimes weekly.
I was terminated because I asked for copies of all my previous time cards.
The owner is having some kind of affair with one of her detailers (who is also married) and is giving him $11.58 an hour (and guaranteed overtime), while the detail manager and actual technicians make $9 or less.
