Full warranty with refund when time period is done when buying used ca

When i bought the car the cost of full warranty was $3700.00 with refund of $2000.00 if warranty was not used. I never asked them to use warranty so wondered why no refund when I checked bills I paid one had a warrantied part for $100.00 which they chose to do but never mentioned it when they did of corse they have you sign all bills when paying so they say its my fault for not reading it when i paid the bill. Well i will let the people that read this decide if this was a deliberate way to ripoff me the customer. Also they changed brake light bulb charged me $45.00 to do this without asking if i wanted them too.
