Long story short, I ordered flowers for my sister having her first baby paid over $80 for flowers the flowers were not delivered on time and were wilted and brown and had daisy's in the arrangement. I ordered white and pink roses. I have called and they refuse to help and written FTD 2 times now and have not heard anything back from them. Horrible customer service and I will never shop there again. 1800Flowers is the way to go
