Com delivered dead wilted flowers ripoff Internet

I ordered Valentines day roses. To make it easier I orderd them for delivery a couple days early. They were delivered but were outrageously poor quality - wilted, extremely dead, roses hung over on dead black stems, petals dried out, worthless. I took pictures and sent them with a complaint to 1800flowers.com and to the local florist. They took over 1 week to send new flowers because "they were busy". Well they weren't too busy to take my money and refuse a refund. Customer service (customer noservice that is) was worthless. I will never us them again.
