Poor management and total disrespect for customers. I am concerned that in light of rising gas prices, this Company has developed a new scheme to cover revenue. Customers be aware&never take the car wet, regardless of what they say. You may find yourself with mysterious little small scratches that cost you your deductible.in over 35 years of renting cars in the US and abroad, I have never seen or heard of anything like this. Totally disappointed!
