Enterprise Rent-A-Car disrepects its customers, does not listen to customers, and baits customers

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has disrespected this customer. I leased a car from this organization. I received a call from this company wanting to know how my car was doing. I mentioned 2 very small problems that could of been fixed in less than 5 minutes. Enterprise wanted to place me in a different car. This is a scam that they run to try to upgrade their customers to a more expensive car. I said no, I wanted the problems fixed, I didn't want a different car.
After talking to a second representatiive that did not listen to me, and kept repeating, do you want a different car, I had enough. I returned the car early to the rental agency. At that time a different representative tried to argue with me, tried to bait me, and I refused to play that game. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ALL THEY WILL DO IS RUIN YOUR DAY! Go to a quality organization that has integrity!
