Fifth Third Bank
The bank stated I did not make two payments, i have my receipts. This is the second time this happe. Ed

I received a phone call from Fifth Third Bank stating I did not make my payments for October

And November. I explained to the represenative that I have receipts to prove I made the payments. I wrote a complaint letter to the Attorney General and the better business bureau. This is an ongoing issue. I had the same problem last year. They hold the checks and they tell the consumer they are late with their payment.
