Don't trust sales department

I trusted Aloha Kia Nimitz dealership and bought a used 2011 Kia Sedona over the Internet for top price. Why? Mr. Seinfeld, the sales manger, sold the van to me as 'LIKE NEW. "The vehicle is not only in great condition but is still under factory warranty! All of our pre owned vehicles go through a 100 point inspections and are not available for sale unless they are in great condition..." Being naively trustful, I bought it, sight unseen, based on Mr. Seinfeld's reassurances.

To my shock and disappointment, the 2011 Kia Sedona arrived in Hawaii with a nasty scrape on the front bumper and small dents on the side. Items like the owner's manual, warranty info, antenna, floor mats, second key, etc. Were all MISSING.

After much communication, a manual was sent and FINALLY arrangements made to have the bumper repainted. DEALERSHIP HAS REFUSED to replace the missing antenna, floor mats, second key and remote, or repair the dents.

All buyers should also be aware of Aloha Kia's SNEAKY BILLING TACTICS. A shady item for $295 was added to my final bill under the guise of 'ALOHA THEFT DETERRENT.' It turns out its not a 'deterrent' at all - its a kind of bogus insurance. IF your car is ever stolen AND you provide a police report, this third party company will supposedly compensate you up to $5K, (yes, only $5K). I was NOT asked if I wanted this silly warranty. It just appeared on my bill.

BE VERY CAREFUL when dealing with Aloha Kia Nimitz sales department.
